BRT accepts enquiries regarding the diagnostics, repair and servicing
of pneumatic tools used for driving nails, staples and brads. The
scope of possible service is confirmed each time based on the
manufacturer, tool model, type of fault and availability of parts.
To submit a tool, please provide:
• manufacturer and model,
• serial number,
• if available,
• description of the symptoms,
• photograph of the rating plate,
• photographs of the tool,
• information about the fasteners used,
• contact details.
Following an initial assessment, we
will provide information on how to proceed.
